Neal was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania- a thriving community of entrepreneurship and family-owned businesses. After college, he was accepted to The United States Army Officer Candidate School. Neal completed four years of active-duty service as an Army Officer, including a 15 month tour as an Infantry Platoon Leader in Baghdad, Iraq.
